The main purpose of MNU Fahi Furusath – the job festival is to provide a platform for our students and potential employers to meet and connect talent to fulfill future ready jobs, internships and apprenticeships etc. Our students (and job seekers from the public) could explore the kind of available opportunities with employers and the employers could showcase the enterprises providing students with employment-related information and the latest recruiting trends, etc.

The event is to be held as part of an initiative as university social responsibility (USR) under the banner of FURAATHA’

The event will follow public policy Acts, health and safety procedures, and risk management protocols to minimize risk and ensure the safety and wellbeing of all stakeholders, staff, volunteers, attendees, and the general public. All the participants and attendees should follow all the local health and safety guidelines at the time of the event.

Purpose and Objectives

The main objective is to provide employability opportunities for our students and public by creating a platform as Fahi Furusath via various businesses.

• To strengthen community engagement with connecting job market and recruitment
• To create a platform to promote various organizations and business brands
• To provide a platform to showcase local talent and creativity in terms of job opportunities and related talents
• To provide an opportunity for MNU final semester students and other students as well as the local public to network with employers who are offering jobs, internships, apprenticeships and other opportunities within the industry and maintain cultural heritage
• To increase socialization and happiness in the community
• To promote opportunities at MNU
• To explore the opportunities available for jobseekers and skill up individuals
• To create a platform for the community to explore various opportunities within organizations
• To improve the business with talents acquisitions
