Effective supervision involves setting clear expectations, supporting staff, and making thoughtful decisions. Facilitated by Aishath Shaaheen, this workshop was designed for administrative heads and senior administrators seeking to strengthen their leadership practice. It explored delegation, workload priorities, decision-making, and team accountability. The programme also addressed constructive performance feedback, conflict between departments, and ways to improve workflows under pressure. By connecting leadership principles with everyday management responsibilities, the workshop aimed to build confidence in guiding teams, encourage collaborative problem-solving, and support better coordination across MNU’s administrative services.
