University heads and campus managers came together for a Heads Workshop focused on strengthening communication, cooperation and informed decision-making across campus operations.

The programme provided a forum to discuss operational needs with facilities management, procurement, IT, marketing, Human Resources and Finance teams. Discussions offered opportunities to clarify responsibilities, examine management challenges and address practical concerns affecting day-to-day campus services.

The workshop also included psychological awareness with Dr. Shanoora, management principles and IT skills with DVC Mubaarique, and an artificial intelligence demonstration by Dr. Fawaz. These sessions broadened the programme’s focus to include well-being, professional development and digital innovation.

Through cross-departmental dialogue and shared learning, the workshop aimed to strengthen institutional capacity and coordination across university services, supporting more responsive and effective campus management.
