As we close the chapter on our incredible Support Circle workshop, we celebrate the student leaders who have emerged as champions of mental well-being, stress management, and mindfulness.Throughout the Support Circle workshop, participants have shown extraordinary dedication and passion. They have not only learned valuable skills but also built a strong network of support, fostering a sense of community and belonging. These student leaders have been equipped with the tools to manage stress and promote mindfulness, enabling them to make a positive impact on their peers’ lives.
