Creating a professional online presence was the focus of this hands-on workshop for academic staff. The programme introduced ways to use AI to build and maintain a profile website without prior coding experience. It explored drafting, reviewing, and improving professional content, with attention to accuracy and responsible AI use. Accessible, mobile-friendly design was also highlighted to help students and colleagues find academic information, learning resources, and contact details easily. The workshop aimed to strengthen educators’ digital confidence and give them practical skills to share their work and resources online.
