Maldives National University Appoints New Deans to Three Faculties

The Maldives National University (MNU) has taken a significant step forward in its academic leadership by appointing new deans to three of its faculties. This decision comes as the previous deans completed their terms, marking a transition in leadership within the university. The announcement was made official today at a ceremony held at the Maldives National University, where letters of appointment were awarded to the newly appointed deans.

The newly appointed deans bring with them a wealth of experience and expertise in their respective areas of specialization. Their leadership will undoubtedly contribute to the advancement of education and research at the Maldives National University.

At the ceremony held today, university officials and faculty members gathered to celebrate the appointment of the new deans. The newly appointed deans

• Dr. Sheeza ali – School Of Medicine
• Nadhiya Ahmed: Faculty of Education
• Zeenath Solih – Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Studies 

All the Deans will serve a term of four years.

Zeenath Solih, one of the appointees has previously served as the Dean of Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Studies , this is her second term. Dr. Sheeza Ali, another appointee  have also previously served as dean of School of medicine and Nadhiya Ahmed has served as a Dean of Students and other various MNU Faculties.
