As part of Professional Development Day at HDh. Atoll Education Centre, representatives from MNU Kulhudhuffushi Campus facilitated two professional development sessions to enhance teachers’ knowledge, leadership capacity, and teaching effectiveness. 

Dr. Mohamed Umar led a session on “Effective Questioning,” introducing practical strategies to boost classroom engagement, critical thinking, and student participation. Additionally, Campus Manager Aminath Ali delivered a session on “Leadership and Teamwork,” highlighting collaboration, communication, and shared responsibility to foster a positive school environment.

Participants valued the practical approaches shared, gaining improved questioning skills and a stronger understanding of teamwork in driving educational excellence. The programme successfully enhanced teaching quality, collaboration, and professional growth among educators.
