Managing time effectively means setting realistic priorities and making space for focused work. Facilitated by Dr. Aishath Leeza, this training explored how administrative leaders and officers can plan workloads, set achievable goals, and prioritise tasks by importance and urgency. It also addressed interruptions, distractions, competing demands, and common time wasters. Practical tools and techniques were introduced to help staff organise their responsibilities and meet deadlines. With attention to a healthy work-life balance, the programme aimed to support timely task completion, more manageable workloads, and productive working habits across MNU’s administrative services.
