This advanced training was designed for academic staff with a basic understanding of R who wanted to develop their data analysis skills further. Facilitated by Dr. Ali Fawaz Shareef, the programme explored advanced data cleaning, statistical analysis, sentiment analysis, and cluster analysis. These topics focused on preparing data carefully, examining patterns, and interpreting results using appropriate methods. The training aimed to build confidence in handling more complex analytical tasks and making informed research decisions. By extending staff’s existing knowledge of R, the programme supported more systematic research practices and clearer interpretation of academic evidence.
