The Maldives National University (MNU) held a student engagement session at its Kulhudhuffushi Campus on 15th February 2024, bringing students together with the University’s Chancellor, Vice Chancellor and Senior Management Team.

The session provided a platform for students to share their experiences, discuss academic and student life matters, and contribute ideas for enhancing the campus environment. Direct engagement with university leadership encouraged students to voice their perspectives on issues affecting their education and campus experience.

Discussions covered academic initiatives, student services, campus facilities, and opportunities for personal and professional development. The open dialogue allowed students to highlight their needs and aspirations while contributing suggestions for improvement.

Students appreciated the opportunity to interact with university leadership and discuss matters relevant to their academic journey. The session strengthened communication and encouraged students to take an active role in shaping their educational experience.

The engagement reflected MNU’s commitment to student-centred decision-making and continuous improvement. By creating space for student perspectives, it strengthened students’ sense of belonging and connection to the university community.
