This training was designed to support academic staff in evaluating student learning fairly and providing feedback that helps students improve. It focused on consistent assessment practices, recognising learning gaps, and using feedback to guide progress. The programme also highlighted the importance of considering different learning needs and giving students equitable opportunities to demonstrate their achievement. By encouraging reflection on how student work is evaluated, the training aimed to strengthen assessment quality and support more responsive teaching. Its intended contribution was clearer feedback, fairer evaluation, and continued improvement in students’ learning experiences at MNU.
