The Maldives National University (MNU) Library will celebrate Library Day 2026 on 3 September 2026, under the theme “Around the World.” The celebration will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

This year’s theme aims to encourage participants to explore the world through knowledge, creativity, and interactive experiences. The celebration will provide students, staff, and library users with an opportunity to discover different countries and cultures while taking part in fun and engaging activities.

As part of the celebration, a variety of games and creative activities will be organised throughout the day, including:

Don’t Touch the Color
Pin Your Dream Destination / World Riddle
Win with Cups
Scattergories

The activities are designed to promote creativity, teamwork, participation, and learning while providing an enjoyable experience for everyone.

Everyone is invited to join the Library Day 2026 celebration and take part in the activities throughout the day.
