In a commitment to environmental sustainability, MNU Gan Campus hosted a tree planting event at the MNU New Campus Ground on October 10, 2025, as part of the nationwide 5 Million Trees Project initiative.
The event brought together campus students, staff, representatives from the Gan Island Council, and Horizon Fisheries to actively participate in the greening efforts. Together, participants planted trees across the campus grounds, fostering community collaboration and raising environmental awareness.
By engaging local stakeholders and the student body, the initiative successfully contributed to expanding the campus’s green coverage while supporting national efforts toward environmental conservation and a more sustainable future.
