Thinadhoo, 7–13 March 2026 — A week-long Life Skills Programme for teens of Thinadhoo City was conducted at MNU Thinadhoo Campus from 7th to 13th March 2026, led by local educator Shifa Mohamed in collaboration with MNU Thinadhoo Campus and sponsored by the Atmosphere Foundation.
Designed to support teenagers’ personal development and practical life readiness, the programme offered a range of engaging, hands-on sessions. Participants took part in activities such as candle making, baking cookies, and creative crafting, while also learning useful everyday competencies including knotting skills. In addition to practical workshops, the programme focused on personal growth through sessions on public speaking, boosting self-esteem, and stress management.
The sessions were facilitated by experts in the respective fields, ensuring participants received quality guidance and meaningful learning experiences throughout the week. The programme created a positive environment where teens could build confidence, learn new skills, and connect with peers through creative and constructive activities.
Organisers expressed appreciation to all facilitators and partners for their contributions, noting that initiatives such as this play an important role in empowering young people and supporting their overall wellbeing and future success.
