CFS Lecturer presented and received best paper award at the first Asia Graduate Research Summit held in Malaysia on 27-28 august 2026. Ms. Aishath Rihula, presented her paper titled The Influence of Interactional Justice on Employee Task Perfomance, Mediated by Affective Commitment in the Higher Education Sector in the Maldives.
