New Students Receive Guidance on University Systems and Library Access

The Maldives National University (MNU) Kulhudhuffushi Campus conducted orientation sessions on Self-Service Systems and Library Database Access for newly enrolled students. The sessions introduced students to essential digital platforms and learning resources that support their studies.

Students received guidance on navigating the University’s self-service platforms, including student portals, course registration processes, academic records and other online services. The sessions aimed to help students manage their academic activities independently and confidently.

Participants also received hands-on guidance on accessing library databases, digital resources, academic journals and online research tools. This practical support helped students understand how to locate and use scholarly information for their coursework and research.

Students found the sessions informative and beneficial in understanding the University’s systems and available academic resources. The orientation strengthened their digital literacy and confidence in accessing information and managing their studies.
