MNU Thinadhoo Campus participated in a Family Event held on 22 December 2025 in commemoration of World AIDS Day, aimed at promoting awareness, unity, and collective responsibility in the fight against HIV/AIDS. The initiative was organised by Dr. Abdul Samad Memorial Hospital in collaboration with the Health Protection Agency (HPA), UNICEF, Society for Health Education (SHE), and the SAAC Development Fund, together with Thinadhoo City government entities, local NGOs, and GDh. Gadhoo Health Centre. This collective effort reflected a shared vision of building informed, compassionate, and resilient communities.

The programme was graced by the Honourable Minister of Health, Mr. Abdulla Nazim, as the Chief Guest, underscoring the Government’s continued commitment to strengthening prevention efforts, public awareness, and support services related to HIV/AIDS.
