Making everyday work easier with AI was the focus of this workshop for academic and administrative staff. Facilitated by Mohamed Jailam, Chief of Javaabu Academy, the session introduced basic AI concepts and practical ways to automate routine tasks. It explored how accessible AI tools can support clearer communication, better time management, and more efficient working practices. The workshop also introduced Dhivehi GPT for local language tasks and encouraged staff to build confidence in exploring AI tools independently. Participants completing the workshop were offered one month of free access to Dhivehi GPT to support continued practice.
