A self-development session was conducted for MNU Thinadhoo Campus staff on 31 May 2024 by Dr. Aly Shameem, Assistant Professor from MNU Faculty of Arts.

The session focused on personal and professional growth, encouraging staff to reflect on self-improvement, motivation, and development in the workplace. It provided an opportunity for staff to gain inspiration and strengthen their confidence in managing professional responsibilities.

The activity promoted lifelong learning, workplace well-being, staff capacity building, motivation, and continuous professional development. By supporting staff growth, the session contributed to a more positive and productive work environment.
