The programme included Everyone is a Leader, team-building for support and security staff, conflict-resolution training involving personnel from HC and six other Addu institutions, and research and proposal-writing development for campus staff.

AIA staff training and a WAMCO information session added practical institutional and workplace learning. These activities recognised that the quality of the student experience depends on the capability and coordination of the whole campus team—not only teaching staff.
By investing in communication, leadership, workplace problem-solving and professional knowledge, HC strengthened the human capacity needed for safer, more responsive and more collaborative campus services.
Through this work, MNU Hithadhoo Campus contributed directly to SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth.
