The Business Forum held at MNU Hithadhoo Campus concluded as an impactful two-day event, bringing together entrepreneurs, students, sponsors and community members. The forum welcomed 32 creative entrepreneurs and 23 students who presented innovative pitch ideas, alongside 14 sponsors and four panelists.
The event provided a platform for emerging and established entrepreneurs to showcase their work, while students had the opportunity to present their ideas and engage directly with business leaders and industry representatives. More than 1,200 visitors attended the event across the two days, demonstrating strong attendance and public interest.
The Business Forum reflects the faculty’s continued commitment to fostering entrepreneurship, supporting student innovation and strengthening connections between the university and the business community.
This initiative supports SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by promoting entrepreneurship and SME development, SDG 4 (Quality Education) by supporting student innovation and skills development, and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by bringing together businesses, sponsors, academia and the wider community.
