MNU Kulhudhuffushi Campus conducted a professional development session titled “Building Respectful Workplaces and Fostering Team Synergy” for its administrative and support staff on 25 January 2025. The session was facilitated by Aminath Ali and attended by 12 staff members.

The session focused on promoting a positive workplace culture through mutual respect, effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork. Through discussions and practical examples, participants explored strategies for strengthening workplace relationships, resolving conflicts constructively, and enhancing cooperation among colleagues.

Staff members gained practical insights into improving interpersonal relationships and fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment. The session also emphasized the importance of individual and collective responsibility in maintaining workplace harmony and achieving organizational goals.

Participants expressed their commitment to applying the lessons learned in their daily work to strengthen teamwork and promote a positive workplace culture.
