Under a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Manipal College of Higher Education, a clinical placement and training program on “Clinical Immunoserology” and “Laboratory Diagnosis of Haematological Diseases and Cytodiagnosis” was conducted for Medical Laboratory Science lecturers. The program enhanced participants’ diagnostic knowledge, practical laboratory competencies, and teaching capacity through advanced clinical training. By strengthening the expertise of academic staff and fostering collaboration between the two institutions, the initiative supports the delivery of high-quality medical laboratory education, improves laboratory diagnostic services, and contributes to the development of a competent healthcare workforce.

The clinical placement strengthened the expertise of Medical Laboratory Science lecturers in advanced diagnostic techniques, enhancing their capacity to deliver high-quality teaching and practical training.
