Maldives National University (MNU) conducted a six-hour first aid training session for the teachers of GA. Maamendhoo School, aimed at strengthening basic emergency response skills and improving preparedness within the school environment.

The session was facilitated by Aishath Sharuwath Ilyas, Lecturer from the School of Nursing, who delivered practical guidance and demonstrations on essential first aid techniques. Teachers actively participated throughout the training, gaining valuable knowledge and hands-on skills to support student safety and respond effectively during emergencies.

MNU also extends its sincere appreciation to the Principal and staff of GA. Maamendhoo School for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality extended during the visit, and for supporting this important capacity-building initiative.
