MNU Business School collaborated on the Fintelekt AML Leadership Conclave which was held on 19th November 2025 in Malé at the Manhattan Business Hotel. We were honored to have our Senior Lecturer, Ms. Aishath Jeen, deliver a speech at this year’s Conclave. 4 of the Business School’s staff participated in the Conclave.
A high-level forum organized by Fintelekt Advisory Services focused on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT), the Conclave brings together senior compliance leaders, regulators, and industry experts to discuss emerging Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT) trends across Asia and Africa.
In her presentation, Ms. Jeen covered the increasing importance of financial integrity in a rapidly changing, technology-driven world, and the role of academia — and by extension — MNU’s mission in upholding this integrity.
Following the Conclave, discussions were held between the Fintelekt team and MNU Business School regarding future areas of collaboration.
