Creating clear, professional office materials was the focus of this introductory Canva session. The programme introduced administrative staff to the platform’s interface, ready-made templates, and basic tools for working with text, images, icons, and shapes. It explored applications such as posters, invitations, reports, worksheets, and social media graphics. Sharing designs and collaborating with colleagues were also included to support coordinated preparation of materials. The session aimed to help staff become more confident in everyday design tasks, reduce preparation time, and improve the clarity and consistency of visual communication across MNU’s administrative services.
