In 2024, MNU introduced overseas professional development opportunities to strengthen the skills of its administrative workforce. Staff attended week-long programmes at the Bangkok Corporate Training Center International in Thailand, with training tailored to their responsibilities. Aminath Nimala, Aneesul Rahman, and Aminath Maseeha Ahmed participated in Communication, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Employee Relations. Aslam Hassan and Abdulla Rashad completed training in Advanced E-Procurement, Contracts Management and Negotiation Skills, while Namidha Mohamed and Azeefa Hussain attended Customer Service Excellence. These opportunities supported professional growth and exposure to international practices, contributing to stronger communication, effective administration, and responsive university services.
