This additional Smart Workdays session provided administrative staff with another opportunity to explore AI and automation for everyday work. Led by Mohamed Jailam, Chief of Javaabu Academy, the workshop focused on accessible tools that can support communication, routine tasks, and time management. It also introduced Dhivehi GPT as an option for local language work. The programme aimed to build confidence in trying AI tools and identifying useful applications within administrative roles. One month of free Dhivehi GPT access was offered to participants who completed the workshop to encourage further exploration and practice.
