CME session under the project SCALE(Stregnthening health care workforce capacity through global learning). An ongoing project is a partnership between NHS Northumbria and MNU to stregnthen the surveillance of Antimicrobial Resistance(AMR) and achieving reduced hospital acquired infections and antimicrobial stewarship in selected Regional Hospitals of Maldives.

Participants were introduced to Antimicrobial Stewardship(AMS) program in NHS-England and framework for AMS. The SCALE project is aligned with strategic objective, 4 5 & 6 of the National Action Plan on Antimicrobial Resistance(NAP-AMR)- 2024-2029.
