Fathimath Zimna, associate lecturer collaboared with with Sri Lanka Intensivecare Association(SLICNA) and Sri Lanka Nurses Association(SLNA) to host an international CME session. More than 150 nurses participated in the session focused on Infection Prevention and Control. 

In addition, collaboration with international universities and healthcare institutions fostered meaningful knowledge exchange and capacity building. These partnerships strengthened institutional relationships and supported continuous academic and professional development through shared expertise and best practices.
