The Niyami Certificate 2 course completion ceremony was held as part of a collaborative training programme between the G.Dh. Atoll Council, the Thinadoo Campus of the Maldives National University, and the Centre for Maritime Studies (CMS). The ceremony marked the successful completion of training for participants who underwent structured technical and vocational education designed to enhance foundational skills and employability. The programme reflects a joint effort to strengthen regional capacity building and provide accessible education opportunities aligned with national development goals. During the ceremony, certificates were awarded to participants in recognition of their achievement and commitment.
