Students from The Maldives National University Business School (MNUBS) at Kulhudhuffushi Campus took part in an insightful field visit to Island Beverages Maldives TaZa Kulhudhuffushi, gaining firsthand exposure to real-world management practices.
The visit was organised for students enrolled in the Introduction to Management course, providing them with the opportunity to connect classroom learning with the operations of a successful organisation in action, providing an opportunity for faculty to demonstrate its commitment to experiential learning and to preparing students for the demands of the professional world through direct industry exposure.
This initiative is in line with the Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) by enhancing student learning through practical industry experience, and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by strengthening links between education and industry and supporting student employability.
MNUBS extends its appreciation to the team at Island Beverages Maldives TaZa Kulhudhuffushi for hosting the students and for supporting their learning through this industry engagement.
