Closing Ceremony of MNU Marathon 2026

The closing ceremony of the MNU Marathon 2026, was held today at the University’s Central Administration. The ceremony marked the successful completion of the marathon and served to recognize and honour participants who delivered outstanding performances across various race categories. Winners were presented with prize money and certificates, while token of appreciation and certificated were also given to individuals and partners whose contributions were instrumental in the successful organization of the event.

The MNU Marathon continues to serve as a key initiative aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles, strengthening social connections, fostering the “MNU Spirit” among students, staff, and alumni, and enhancing broader community engagement.

A significant highlight of this year’s marathon was the introduction of a dedicated category for male and female participants aged 65 and above. This initiative underscores the University’s commitment to inclusivity and the promotion of active, healthy living among senior citizens. In addition, all participants who successfully completed their respective race distances were awarded Finisher Medals in recognition of their achievement and determination.
