A professional development session was conducted for teachers of Vaadhoo Jamaaluddin School on 12 December 2024.

The five-hour session focused on creating a positive learning environment, strategies for student motivation, and classroom management for better learning. Teachers received practical guidance on enhancing classroom practices and supporting student engagement.

The activity promoted teacher capacity building, positive classroom culture, learner motivation, professional development, and improved teaching practice. By strengthening teachers’ skills in classroom management and motivation, the session supported better learning environments and improved student outcomes.
