Faculty members from the MNU Business School showcased their research at the Maldives Civil Service Conference 2024 on June 11th, presenting two key papers.
The presented research included:
– A paper titled “Perceived Purposes of Performance Appraisal and Appraisal Satisfaction: Insights from the Maldives Civil Service,” presented by Senior Lecturer Ahmed Shathir, co-authored by Acting Dean Aishath Leeza and Lecturer Nuha Ismail Fulhu.
– A paper titled “The Interaction Effect of Job Design and Public Motivation on the Job Performance of Maldives Civil Service Employees,” presented by Senior Lecturer Dr. Aminath Sudha.
The conference provided a valuable platform to share insightful findings that contribute to the discourse on civil service development in the Maldives.
