The Maldives National University (MNU) Business School officially launched the ‘Strata Property Management Course’ with an opening ceremony on February 5th, 2024.

This professional development course, conducted in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, is designed to upskill the industry professionals. It provides a comprehensive understanding of the legislative, technical, and administrative skills required to effectively manage properties.

The course will run from January 29th to February 6th and is open to property management executives, surveyors, architects, engineers, and property lawyers who have completed secondary education. Instruction is provided in both English and Dhivehi.

By the end of this course, participants will be equipped to manage registration processes, understand the roles of management committees, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
