On Wednesday, 6th May 2026, globally renowned Russian professor in Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery Professor Dr. Sergey A. Karpishchenko, MD, PhD and Dr. Viktoria Gavrilina, PhD, Deputy Dean, Faculty of Medicine for International Students of the The Pavlov First Saint Petersburg State Medical University met with Dr. Aminath Huda the Head of the Clinical Education Department of the School of Medicine and Faculty members of the School of Medicine to evaluate potential avenues of bilateral collaboration. The Honorary Consul of Russia Mr. Fauzy Ali also joined the meeting which was held at the School of Medicine.
