A professional development workshop on “Writing and Managing Emails” was conducted for administrative staff of the MNU Kulhudhuffushi Campus and other institutions in Kulhudhuffushi City
Facilitated by Aminath Ali, the workshop aimed to strengthen participants’ written communication skills and improve their management of email correspondence in professional settings.
The session covered writing clear and concise messages, maintaining professionalism and applying appropriate email etiquette. Participants also explored techniques for organising inboxes and managing correspondence efficiently to support workplace productivity.
Through practical examples and discussions, participants examined how effective email communication can help convey information clearly and support administrative work. The workshop provided approaches for writing purposeful messages and managing everyday communication more effectively.
