A staff development session titled “Reviving Motivation and Fostering Team Synergy” was conducted for North Regional staff members of the Maldives Customs Service. The workshop was facilitated by the Campus Manager Aminath Ali, to strengthen workplace motivation, enhance teamwork, and improve organizational effectiveness.

Through interactive discussions and practical activities, participants explored factors influencing motivation, techniques for maintaining engagement and productivity, and the role of effective communication and trust in high-performing teams.

Participants highlighted the relevance of the session and valued the practical strategies shared for improving workplace relationships. The initiative successfully boosted staff morale, strengthened team collaboration, and reinforced a positive work culture centered on mutual support and shared responsibility.
