MNU Conducts Customer Service Training for WAMCO Staff

On 5 February 2025, a productive and engaging training session on Telephone Etiquette & Advanced Customer Service Techniques was conducted for the staff of WAMCO.

The session was facilitated by Mr. Abdulla Soadig, Lecturer at the MNU Business School, who shared valuable insights and practical techniques to strengthen professional communication and enhance customer service delivery.
