A seven-hour First Aid Training session was conducted on 5 October 2024 for security and support staff of MNU Thinadhoo Campus, with participation from five members of the KDM Fire and Rescue Team.
The training strengthened practical emergency response skills among staff who play an important role in campus safety and daily operations. Participants gained knowledge to respond to injuries, accidents, and urgent incidents more effectively.
The activity promoted workplace safety, occupational health, emergency preparedness, risk reduction, and institutional collaboration. By involving both campus staff and KDM Fire and Rescue personnel, the session encouraged shared learning and stronger local safety networks.
The training contributed to a safer campus environment for students, staff, and visitors.
