The Maldives National University (MNU) held Fahi MNU on 11 and 12 July 2026 to introduce prospective students and the public to its programmes, services and learning opportunities. Personnel from the Faculty of Health Sciences (FHS) were involved, and 20 people attended.
The event included career guidance for school students. According to the reported feedback, approximately four or five attendees later enrolled in courses. The event gave visitors an opportunity to explore possible education pathways at MNU.
Meeting prospective learners and explaining available pathways can support informed decisions about future study and careers.
The programme relates to SDG 4 (Quality Education) through access to information about study options, SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) through career guidance, and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) through university engagement with prospective learners and the public.
