The Centre for Educational Technology and Excellence (CETE) successfully conducted a series of professional development training sessions for its staff from 7th June to 15th June 2026. The initiative was designed to strengthen workplace efficiency, enhance digital competencies, and improve administrative and technical support capabilities within the Centre.
The training series provided participants with practical, hands-on experience in a variety of digital tools, communication platforms, content management systems, and technical support procedures that support the day-to-day operations of CETE. Staff members engaged in interactive sessions focused on improving digital workflows, institutional communication, online content management, branding practices, and troubleshooting skills.
Through these sessions, participants developed valuable competencies that will contribute to more efficient service delivery and enhanced support for teaching, learning, and administrative functions across the university.
CETE remains committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, ensuring that its staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to meet the evolving demands of educational technology and higher education services.
