This introductory Canva session was designed to help administrative staff create professional designs for common office tasks. It introduced the platform’s interface, ready-made templates, and tools for working with text, images, icons, and shapes. The programme explored materials such as posters, invitations, reports, worksheets, and social media graphics. It also covered sharing designs and collaborating with colleagues. The session aimed to build confidence in basic design, make preparation more efficient, and support a consistent appearance across administrative communication materials.
