A total of 12 workshops were conducted across Malé and 11 atolls under the Supporting Students with Complex Learning Profiles (SCLP) Project. The programme aimed to enhance secondary English teachers’ confidence and competence in supporting students with complex learning profiles through a comprehensive professional development package featuring evidence-based instructional strategies tailored to diverse learning needs.

The initiative supports SDG 4: Quality Education by strengthening inclusive teaching practices and improving teacher capacity, SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities by promoting equitable access to quality education for learners with diverse needs, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals through collaboration among education stakeholders to advance inclusive education.
