MEDICOS actively participated in the MNUSU Debate Competition 2024, providing students with an opportunity to enhance their communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and analytical skills in a competitive academic environment. The activity encouraged students to engage in structured discussions, evaluate diverse perspectives, and develop confidence in expressing ideas effectively. As future healthcare professionals, strong communication and reasoning abilities are essential skills that support effective patient interactions, teamwork, and evidence-based decision-making.

 

The debate competition also promoted student engagement beyond academic studies, contributing to a well-rounded educational experience and fostering a culture of intellectual exchange and collaboration among students. Through participation in such co-curricular activities, the School of Medicine supports the development of professional skills that complement medical knowledge and clinical training.
