Workshop on OSCE and MLC Examination

The Workshop on OSCE and MLC Examination was jointly organized by the IGMH and the School of Medicine. The workshop focused on enhancing the knowledge and skills of medical educators and clinicians in the design, implementation, and assessment of Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCE) and Medical Long Case (MLC) examinations.
 
The workshop contributed to improving the quality of medical education and ensuring that graduates possess the clinical competencies required for safe and effective patient care. The collaborative initiative also promoted knowledge sharing between academic and clinical institutions, supporting continuous improvement in healthcare education.
 
The workshop strengthened participants’ capacity to develop and conduct high-quality clinical assessments aligned with competency-based medical education. It promoted consistent and reliable assessment practices that help ensure medical graduates are well prepared for clinical practice.
