Health Operation Management (Maternal and Child Health)

The Health Operation Management course focused on maternal and child health services and strengthened understanding of planning, coordination, resource use and quality improvement. It supported the development of management capacity needed to organise accessible, safe and responsive services for women and children. The activity linked continuing education with health-system strengthening and the development of a competent healthcare workforce.
