Effective campus management depends on clear communication and cooperation across departments. This Heads Workshop brought together university heads and campus managers to discuss operational needs with facilities management, procurement, IT, marketing, Human Resources, and Finance teams. The programme also included psychological awareness with Dr. Shanoora, management principles and IT skills with Mubaarique, and an AI demonstration by Dr. Fawaz. These sessions offered opportunities to explore management challenges, clarify responsibilities, and discuss practical concerns. The workshop aimed to strengthen coordination across university services and support informed decisions in the day-to-day management of campuses.
