Ibrahim Ismail, a staff member of the Faculty of Health Sciences, participated in and successfully completed the online “Introduction to Islamic Theology” course offered by Al Balagh/UK from January to June 2024.
The professional development programme provided an opportunity to broaden knowledge and understanding of Islamic theology through structured online learning. The course contributed to continued academic and professional development while expanding the staff member’s broader knowledge base.
Participation in continuing education programmes supports lifelong learning and enables academic staff to develop knowledge across areas relevant to their teaching, professional interests, and wider academic engagement.
The completion of the course reflects a commitment to ongoing professional development and aligns with SDG 4 (Quality Education) by supporting lifelong learning and the continuous development of academic knowledge and skills.
